Case Manager - Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Case Manager to provide case administration and client support within a fast-paced Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) environment. This role supports neutrals (judges/attorneys) and clients throughout the lifecycle of arbitration, mediation, and other ADR proceedings.

The Case Manager plays a key role in coordinating case activities, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer cases promptly and accurately in accordance with organizational rules, policies, and best practices.
  • Gather and analyze key case information, identify potential issues, and communicate updates as needed.
  • Coordinate scheduling for hearings, conference calls, and pre-hearing meetings.
  • Review completed cases to assess client satisfaction and explore future business opportunities.
  • Identify potential client leads and support outreach efforts.
  • Build strong professional relationships with clients and neutrals, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
  • Coordinate rescheduling of hearings or calls; delegate tasks to administrative staff when appropriate.
  • Communicate regularly with internal leadership regarding case progress and client needs.
  • Support neutrals in meeting annual practice goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to address inquiries and promote services.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of case management experience (required).
  • 2-4 years of experience in a legal or client-service environment (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ADR processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency with case management systems and standard office software tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Internal Candidate Requirements (if applicable)

  • 1-3 years of experience in a case coordination or similar role.
  • Familiarity with workflows, preferences, and procedures specific to the resolution center or team.
